Refund policy
Our 14-day return policy provides that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
Please note that: exchanges are not possible—only returns.
You may return purchased products if they fall within the terms set out in our policy.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@8pm.it. Returns must be shipped to the following address: GRUPPO M.G. SRL, VIA DEL LAVORO 377/A, 40014 CREVALCORE (BO).
If the return is accepted, you have two options:

You can ship with your own courier. Shipping costs will be at your expense and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged products. You must email support@8pm.it with the courier name and the shipment tracking number.

Use our “easy return” service for €8 for Italy, and €20 for Europe, which will be deducted from the refund: we will send you an email containing all instructions on how and where to ship the package, and a link to print the label. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and ensure it is resolved.
Replacements
The fastest way to make sure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund within 10 business days via the original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
